Justin
Justin is a man from the North Village then Castle Zombie in Xanth. His talent is voice projection. He was first introduced in A Spell for Chameleon.
Justin was delivered in 1000. He is the husband of Breanna and father of Amber Dawn. He was 98 years old in 1098 when he took youth elixir and became 18. He is 38 years old.
Justin was transformed from a human into a tree by Magician Trent during his coup against King Aeolus. He preferred being a tree, so was not transformed back when Trent returned to Xanth. His talent allowed him to converse with untransformed folk. Handi became a friend of his. He retook human form after he met and fell in love with Breanna. He was a companion of Edsel and Pia Putz when they visited Xanth. Unpun led him to the Ring of Idea for the Swell Foop. He became the host of Demon Earth who was assigned the emotion of hope. He took over Castle Zombie with Breanna after Jonathan and Millie retired.

Human men and women will not have a species in their entries. Also, if the surname of the character is the character's species, it was dropped.
If the character is a child, it will be in the description. The child will more than likely be an adult by this time in the Xanth series.
Many species are single gender, so their entries will not mention it. The species are Fury, Muse, basilisk, cenmaid, cenmare, cockatrice, dryad, maenad, sand witch, sandman, and woodwife. Harpies and nymphs are usually female, and fauns are usually male; but there have been a few exceptions that are noted.
In some instances, I have made educated guesses on gender, species, and some birth years.
