Elsie is the ex-girlfriend of Jordan.
Elsie found her talent by touching water with her finger. She was Jordanʼs first girlfriend and had ambitions to civilize him.

If the character is a child, it will be in the description. The child will more than likely be an adult by this time in the Xanth series.
